Challenges
Durability was the primary concern. In a learning environment, the screen is subjected to constant scuffing, dropped props, and incorrect lighting setups. A painted wall would have required a £2,000 repaint every term.
Solution
We installed a Modular Loop Nylon System. Instead of paint, we used high-tension fabric panels. When a student inevitably scuffed a section with a prop, that specific panel could be unclipped, cleaned, or replaced in 10 minutes. This saved the university thousands in annual maintenance and ensured the students always had a “Pro-Standard” surface to learn on.
